Extractor/Concentrator of G.704 Signaling Channels (EXCIT)
The Excit equipment allows concentrating in one line of 2Mb with G703/4 structured the signaling channels located in time slots of different lines to take them to SSN7 analysis probes.
The EXCIT equipment is connect in high impedance to multiple 2Mbps lines where exist both signaling channels and voice channels extracting the signaling information and placing it in another 2Mbps line with only signaling content, in order to be transported to the location of the probe. In this way, the structure of signaling channel capture is highly simplified, producing an investment save in signaling probe ports.
