Ethernet-PDH/SDH Bridges
DYCEC S.A. has the widest range of solutions for Ethernet interface transmission through SDH or PDH networks. Using this range of equipments our clients take advantage of existing traditional lines or of their deployed networks for the transport of IP services. Some of the available solutions are:
10/100BaseTx to E1 BRIDGE
The CV200-TTX is a manageable Ethernet Bridge for E1 G.703 lines. It supports both not structured mode G703 at 2Mbps and G.704 structured mode in nx64kbps channels.
This equipment is manageable from the management local port from its LAN interface or from its WAN interface using a management VLAN. It is transparent to the use of VLANs, admits the use of jumbo frames of up to 2048 octets, it has the capacity to memorize up to 1000 different MAC addresses. It can also be equipped with a data compression algorithm for speeds of up to 256kbps.
10/100BaseTx to NxE1 BRIDGE
The XM-M16E1-4TTX is a multiport Ethernet Bridge for data transmission through N E1/T1 G.703 lines at 2 Mbps. Through the bonding of up to 16 E1/T1 lines it can reach speeds of 32 Mbps, adjusting its speed automatically to the available broadband. It also has the capacity to use its E1/T1 links independently for transmitting different LAN network traffic transmission using its 4 10/100BaseTx input ports. It can be used in point-to-point configurations or through PDH and SDH networks.
This equipment is based on Ethernet technology on PDH (EoPDH) which uses GFP/VCAT and LCAS protocols to link transmission E1/T1. This technology is more efficient and economical than aggregating MLPPP which is normally used by routers.
10/100BaseTx to E3 BRIDGE
The CV-E3T3-TTX is an Ethernet Bridge that can be managed locally or remotely for E3/T3 G.703 not structured lines at 34/45 Mbps.
It is an equipment that provides an Ethernet 100BaseT connection through a point-to-point line at 34/45Mbps or through TDM lines from telecom operators.
