TERMS OF USE

Use of the webpages contained in the domain dycec.es (hereafter “our site”) confers on you the condition of web page user (hereafter “User”), accepting the following general conditions. The users who access DYCEC’s site shall do so in accordance with the Law, as well as with generally accepted moral codes, norms of good behavior and public order, and they are obligated at all times to not access the site nor its content in any way contrary to that established, nor with illicit ends, detrimental to the rights and freedoms of third parties, nor that can damage, degrade, saturate or slow the site in a manner prejudicial to DYCEC nor to third party users. Users may not copy, distribute, disseminate, transform, modify, nor manipulate the contents of our Site. Any user who knows of any activity that deteriorates or could deteriorate the good functioning of DYCEC’s site, or modify or alter the contents therein, should make DYCEC aware of that situation. Access to DYCEC’s site is free, notwithstanding the employment services that are governed by the particular practices established or them. DYCEC is not responsible for any anomaly, malfunction, deterioration, erasure of data or software produced users’ equipment or systems as a direct or indirect consequence of accessing or attempting to access the site. The language used by DYCEC on the web is Spanish, and may include other languages, both national and autonomous, freely and without prior notice. DYCEC is not responsible for the non-comprehension or non-understanding of the language on the site by the user, nor of its consequences.

CONTENT AND PURPOSE OF THE SITE

DYCEC allows the user access and ise of the various services and content of its site, putting at his disposition information and data related both to our products and services, and to our partners, specialists, and leaders in the solutions market for our areas of activity. DYCEC is a company that specialized in management of Information Technology and Telecommnications (ITT), that offers integral and personalized solutions designed to enhance the productivity and optimize the services and infrastructures of our clients.

MODIFICATIONS
DYCEC reserves the right to modify, unilaterally, at any moment and without prior notice, the stated conditions, as well as the design, content and configuration of “our site,” and is not responsible for resulting consequences that may affect the users.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All data and information on the page www.dycec.es, such as graphic design, images, indexes, and HTML source code, javascript, or analagous or similar, are pretected by Intellectual and Industrial Property laws and are the exclusive property of DYCEC, which reserves all commercial rights.
It is prohibited to reproduce, re-transmit, copy, provide, radio transmit, or likewise, all or part of the information contained in “our site,” whatever be the motivation and means used to do so, without the express authorization of DYCEC.
DYCEC and its logo have Trademark # 2,856,114 and cannot be used without the written express prior authorization of their owner; this also applies to commercial subsidiaries of all our products, as well as to any identifying symbol subject to intellectual and industrial property rights.

PROTECTION OF INFORMATION

DYCEC commits to protecting the privacy of its users and visitors, promising to maintain the confidentiality of their information.
DYCEC will only colect personal information through its site for recruitment and selection of personel; in that case, it will do so properly, pertinently and not excessively, such that in no instance will fraudulent, illegal, illicit means be used, nor will visitors’ legitimate rights be put in danger.
With respect to and in compliance with State Law 15/99, of December 13, called Protection of Personal Information, we make fully known that:

  • Information collected via forms, emails, or other means will be made available, only and exclusively, to the expressed recipients.
  • Information will be kept in a database duly registered with the Spanish Agency of Information Protection.
